So, first things first…wash up some sweet potatoes and poke them with a fork. Layer them into the bottom of your instant pot on the stand that comes with it.
Add 1 cup of water. It’s important to always have liquid in your instant pot when cooking.
Turn the Dial on top to Sealing and set your Instant Pot to manual and put it on 16 minutes.
When it’s done, give it a quick release. Take of your lid and your sweet potatoes are nice and soft. The skin will literally fall right off of them.
