I follow a lot of mom bloggers and crafters on Instagram and over and over I kept seeing many of them use make-up from Shine Cosmetics. I kept seeing BB Cream and LipLast and it looked so nice on their faces! I watched their stories as they applied it and it seemed flawless every time. Surely, it wasn’t THAT good?
When it came time to replace my foundation, I decided to give the BB Cream a try. I ordered it in the color Indestructible. I decided to go ahead and try the LipLast in the color Timeless, you know…to get my total over $50 for free shipping. I waited patiently for my order to arrive. In just a few days, it showed up in my mailbox.
Now, I’m not an expert in makeup, I had never applied foundation with a brush…I had always used my fingertips. But because I saw several mommas using a brush, I found one in my makeup bag that had never been used and gave it a whirl.
Friends, this make up is a game changer.
The BB cream is the softest feel and is so light on my skin. It goes on kinda wet feeling but dries quickly to a beautiful matte finish. It is SO pretty. And not only does it look just as nice as it did on all those mommas I kept seeing, it takes a very MINIMAL amount. This stuff is amazing and definitely a new favorite, even after a few months of use.
Now, I was really hesitant about the LipLast. I can count on one hand how many lip products I can use. I breakout almost instantly to many lip products, even chapsticks so I was very nervous trying it out. I’m so excited to tell you that not only did my lips NOT break out, but this stuff is amazing too. One application lasts for hours and hours. It looked a little dark in the tube, but it’s the perfect shade for everyday! It’s a nice, soft matte finish as well. Not glossy.
I went to the website today to place an order for some BB Cream and noticed they had a NEW color of LipLast available, called Reliable. It looks like a beautiful nude shade and I had to order it. I can’t wait to try it out.
